i meditated this morning with renate over the phone at 9am - a little bit later, actually because I got up just a little bit too late. it was nice to sleep extra. it was a very sleepless night because it was sooo bright, with the full moon and the snowing (and i finished the 2020! piece at 3am, surprised to find mary also up at that time in koper)
brian took the kids down the mur to go sledding because the snow actually stuck! first snowfall in advent in the last two decades, supposedly. i didn't want to go outside at all.

no tantrum from felix all day, he got a special sticker to mark it on the calendar. it's been a long long time of some tantrum every day, and it was a very special nice moment today when he acknowledged how nice the day was without a tantrum.
