Today Brian's parents head for Alaska. His mother is teaching a class up there, and they are spending some well deserved quality time up there as well. The elder care in-home-nurse was here until 6. Brian drove the parents to the airport and was back by then. Then the two of us were on our own.
I played manicurist and chef, and we all watched part of chitty chitty bang bang together.

after all that long day brian still went out for his run and i still did my mini daily ab workout (day 9). haven't seen results yet....
