Mama really wanted to show us the Bridge Hike, which loops around two mile-long bridges over the Hudson River, near where Labeeby and Peter go to college. To say nothing of the heat, the sun, Brian's fear of heights, Peter's fear of water, and my (really useless and bizarre) fear of bridges.
The day started with an incredible breakfast with Caroline and Angel with kids and Drew. we all had to leave at noon to get to our next things in time, but we also all dragged our feet until nearly 12:30. -
The hike was beautiful, with beautiful views. Kids walked all 3.5miles, and we were tired by the time we found our picnic spot.
