Many happy returns of the day to Nina! We had a beautifully relaxed celebration outside in perfect weather... sushi and sunshine...
Felix had casting for the child's role in Madame Butterfly... Since he can sometimes be a little bit unpredictable, I was nervous that he would get angry or sad, but we had a good experience, and he was very happy to tell me all about what he thought afterwards.

edward and centa and i stayed up talking to papa over skype, which is always a wonderful occasion.
