started production on the kid's puppet show the elephant's child in the basement. it was nita's last day, and we took a break in the middle to have dinner and say proper goodbye to her and also do some more chocolate tasting, but then we went right back to filming. david and i had quite a bad time of the editing though. i think there's some footage holes, and the kids weren't always very cooperative with their puppet handlings. we'll see if anything works out from that.
david and i tried to just hide away alone to edit, but it was not to be. lots of kids needed stuff. eventually they were all asleep at 11pm, and we had no computer energy left - we just listened to terry gross (never aired) interview with gene simmons of KISS, an interview worth listening to again and again and again because it's so funny. we laughed until our sides hurt.
