i have been not sleeping very well. 5 nights in a row i've been up around 4am wide awake and ready to live, and then being tired all day until late at night. this morning i was sleeping soundly until a horrible noise awoke me at 10 minutes before 7.
the sound of not 1 but FOUR cement trucks right outside our window. 1 working and the rest of them just patiently waiting their turn for well over an hour.

the window people came and installed our first installment of windows. the inside windows look very nice. they had a rough cut of the little insulation stuff, and finished cutting them here. the cuttings they just left and the kids went and gathered all the little pieces up and started using them as playthings, as pencil grips, as building materials. fun times.
