sing schul der oper graz does their one annual concert near christmas time. they recorded the rehearsal a few days ago and made a cd thereof which we haven't stopped listening to since they got it on thursday. they sound quite excellent. (said barney's dad in the music man)
then came time for us to actually go see them, and we went with centa, and michi and her kids, and isabella and her friend, and we got a box seat right above the stage. felix sat quite still and watched the whole time, in contrast to the other little tiny kids who seemed intent on whining loudly when they were held and trying to dive into the audience when they were not.
we went home afterwards, the kids very happy. as soon as we arrived home, they put the cd of themselves singing back on, and listened to it while we brushed their teeth.
