I'll do my crying in the rain (24/365g)

I brought Felix to his M3 math competition this morning while Brian was at his Park Run, then he and I met on Glacis to water plants at Renate's place (Renate told me "Keep the key, turn on the heat in the kitchen, and use a few hours and finish your novel" which is a nice sentiment, but I haven't done it yet, other than keeping the key) and going shopping for tomorrow's Burns night. Weird ingredients that I need are steel-cut oats, which I didn't find, Marmite, which I forgot, and square rice paper, for a score of 1/3.

Brian left me in the city so I could attend my oriental workshop again, and I lent my extra viola to the organizer for the next few months. I think he was very happy about it. I headed to work from there, where they gave me dinner before I started my long slog of copy and pasting excel cells from various sheets to other sheets. It's the time of the year when we have to justify our expenses to any grants from last year. Slog is really the best description.

It rained while I was in kunstGarten, and the roads were frozen. I biked very carefully back home, only to find the couch was still outside, getting rained on from picking it up on, what was that, tuesday? big effort to get everyone helping to get it inside and dried off. It's not so bad to have an extra source of humidity in this dry weather, but maybe not the most ideal choice of said source.
